We spent a long time looking and waiting to find the right young filly to bring to Australia as a ridden and breeding prospect. We finally found her in Mipora PL and we imported her to Australia in October 2020 as an unbroken three year old. Covid restrictions meant we had to forgo our plan of having her started in Europe and she is currently being started here at the stud.
A beautiful, correct, small type with a refined head, this filly is a real dancer. Feather light and beautifully elastic paces, with a sensitive and quick response, she is sure to make an outstanding dressage prospect with a very bright future. Her movement is really quite breathtaking and she is one to give you goosebumps!
Her outstanding pedigree is decorated with dressage fame. Her sire, Wynton by Jazz was named Champion at the KWPN stallion licensing at the 70 day testing for three year olds in 2006. He was a highly successful young horse, winning the 2008 Pavo Cup final and the 2008, 2009, 2010 KWPN Stallion Competition. He was trained to International Grand Prix, before a serious injury sidelined him from sport. He has produced five licensed sons and was Keur stallion in 2018.
Her grandsire, Jazz needs little introduction, as one of the most influential dressage stallions of all time and known to be "a Grand Prix producer".
On Mipora PL mother's father line we see Tolando by Krack C. Tolando won the 2003 KWPN Stallion Performance Test for dressage horses and was initially competed by Hans Peter Minderhoud and Edward Gal. The duo finished third at the 2005 Pavo Cup Finals and won the KWPN Stallion Competition in 2005-2006. Krack C was a Pavo Cup winner consecutively in 1996 and 1997. The licensed breeding stallion and Dutch team Grand Prix horse sired 10 licensed sons and numerous progeny competing at Grand Prix level.
